Many of us have fascinating RRM cases and discoveries that can help educate our colleagues, but the process of getting it published may seem daunting. This educational series aims to break down the steps on how to research and publish in restorative reproductive medicine. A recording of the didactic portion of each workshop will be posted in the course below the following week following the live event, along with additional tools and resources.
Workshops are held on the first Thursday of every other month and will be a review of research basics, followed by an open discussion to collaborate and support your research projects.
Patient Confidentiality
We expect all participants to respect patient confidentiality and ensure patient information shared or discussed is de-identified. Case reports and spreadsheet data should be anonymized, omitting any data that could identify patients. Consult this table (Rafelson et al. 2018) of 18 patient identifiers, as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) if you are unsure what data should be anonymized.
This workshop will be of interest to clinicians, medical, nursing or students in other health-related fields, nurses, public health professionals, fertility teachers, and others conducting or interested in assisting with clinical research. Live workshops and self-paced access are offered at no charge with your IRRMA membership.
